Bookings & Payments

• A 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings
  
• Bookings are not confirmed or held until the deposit has been received
  
• Once a deposit is paid, your event date is secured and removed from availability for other clients
  
• For this reason, all deposits are strictly non-refundable
  
• The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your collection date
  
  Orders not paid in full by the due date may be cancelled

Minimum Order & Pricing

• Minimum order quantity is 10 bags
  
• Pricing is as listed on our website or quoted at time of enquiry
  
• Custom orders incur a $50 design fee per order
  
• Prices are subject to change at any time, however confirmed bookings will honour quoted pricing

Lead Times

• A minimum of 4 weeks notice is required for all orders
  
• Orders required within a shorter timeframe may be declined or incur a rush fee
  
• Limited bookings are accepted each weekend to ensure quality

Custom Orders

• A design form will be provided after deposit is received
  
• Design previews will be shared for approval prior to production
  
• Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all details carefully
  
• Once approved, no further changes can be made

Changes & Cancellations

• Changes to orders must be requested as early as possible and are not guaranteed
  
• Deposits are non-refundable
  
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the collection date will forfeit all payments made
  
• In the event of cancellation prior to this period, deposits will still be retained

Product Variations

• All items are carefully selected, however exact products may vary depending on availability
  
• Any substitutions will be of equal or greater value and aligned with the theme
  
• As some products are handmade, slight variations in design and finish may occur

Collection

• Orders are available for local pickup only unless otherwise agreed
  
• Collection details will be provided prior to your booking date
  
• It is the client’s responsibility to collect on the agreed date and time

Liability

• Adult supervision is recommended for all items, particularly for children under 3 years
  
• The Goodie Bag Studio is not liable for any misuse of products once collected
  
• Some items may contain small parts and may not be suitable for all age groups

• All designs, concepts, and content created by The Goodie Bag Studio remain the property of the business
  
• Designs may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission
