2: Submit Your Enquiry

Browse the website and submit an enquiry form with your:

  • Party date
  • Theme or inspiration
  • Number of bags required
  • Any custom requests

This allows us to check availability and begin planning your order.

3: Confirm Your Booking

Once your date and order details are confirmed:

  • An invoice will be sent via Square
  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking
  • Dates are not held without a deposit

Due to limited availability, we recommend securing your date as early as possible.

4: Design & Approval (Custom Orders Only)

For custom themes, we will:

  • Create your bag concept and layout
  • Share design previews for approval
  • Make any final refinements before production

Every detail is considered to ensure your bags feel cohesive, elevated, and unique to your event.

5: Production

Each bag is:

  • Designed, printed, and assembled in-house
  • Carefully packed with play-based items
  • Finished with coordinated packaging and prompts

This is a hands-on process, and quality is always prioritised.

6: Collection

  • Final balance is due 14 days prior to collection
  • Local pickup details will be provided closer to your date
